Because the cameras view public outdoor areas of the Manistee waterfront, people and activity in those areas may appear in the live view. Any collection, recording, or retention of camera footage is governed by the City of Manistee's own policies, not ours.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
